Testimonials
“When I decided to be a mother, I knew that I wanted to exclusively breastfeed my child, what I did not know was what that journey entailed- that’s where Bella came in. I reached out to Bella a few months prior to having my baby girl for advice on how to prepare for my breastfeeding journey properly to ensure success and regarding choosing a breast pump that would fit my daily lifestyle. From our first encounter, Bella was super supportive and informative. She provided me with multiple resources such as how to get baby to properly latch onto the breast, breastfeeding benefits, what to expect from the baby in the first few weeks of life (feeding amounts, bowel movement amounts/types, etc.). Throughout my pregnancy and following my delivery, Bella was constantly reaching out to make sure that I was doing well and felt well prepared for my breastfeeding journey. Although baby and I faced some challenges with exclusive breastfeeding following delivery due to complications, Bella provided me with emotional support and advice on how to keep my supply up as well as pumping methods to ensure that I can still bottle feed my breastmilk to my baby. Overall, I was highly satisfied with Bella’s guidance and would highly recommend her for all your breastfeeding/lactation questions and concerns!”

“As both a Family Medicine/primary care physician and a first time parent, I highly recommend Bella Masotti Rochford and Nurturing LIFT, LLC! Bella is extremely knowledgeable in breastfeeding, infant development, prenatal and postpartum maternal care. She offers a unique perspective as a lactation specialist, licensed occupational therapist, and also as a mom herself. As the parent of a child with medical and feeding complications, Bella was well equipped to deal with complex patients. She is very approachable, professional and so easy to talk to! Bella helped ease my transition into motherhood and helped me prepare before, during and after labor. She provided me with up to date evidence based research and resources to supplement our discussions. I honestly couldn't have done it without her and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of support during their journey! ”

“As a first time mom to an infant who was born early with a tongue and lip tie, I wasn’t sure if breastfeeding would work out for us. We’ve worked hard to get where we are and Bella is one of the most supportive and truly nurturing professionals that is helping us along our journey. Bella has an incredible wealth of knowledge which creates a truly holistic approach. She has helped provide us with specific but manageable exercises that were able to be easily incorporated into our daily routine. She answered all of my questions in a very supportive manner which is SO refreshing and helpful as a FTM. She has helped ease my anxiety and empowered me to keep going! I highly recommend her to any and all mamas that are seeking guidance.”
