I do NOT accept insurance at this time. At this time, we offer various tiers of support and packages depending on what best suits your family's needs.
At your request, what I can provide for you at the conclusion of our session(s) is a Superbill that you are able to submit to your respective insurance company for reimbursement. Some families choose to reach out to their insurance company to receive pre-authorization of our visits- either as lactation or occupational therapy. we’d be happy to provide her NPI and credential numbers for this. Others have requested an occupational therapy prescription request from their infant’s pediatrician which they then submit to insurance to help increase the likelihood of reimbursement. At this time, we offer a complimentary OT prescription form faxed to your pediatrician’s office in an effort to maximize. Please note, travel fees are not reimbursable by insurance.
We're excited to announce that we've partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) which works with our practice and families to access lactation insurance benefits. Some of the plans that are accepted at this time are: Anthem BCBS (previously known as Empire BCBS) | Cigna | Humana PPO plans, as well as Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) like Multiplan, and Provider Network of America (PNOA). We highly recommend that you check if they work with yours OR you baby’s insurance company here. *Typically we are notified within 24 hours if the lactation portion of our services are covered.*
See section below if you confirm you are eligible
Buy Now / Pay Later alternatives to make things easier financially (bulk discounts for 5 or more visits)

If you are notified that your eligible to have the lactation portion of your services covered, here’s what to expect from your sessions and plan of care:
You are guaranteed coverage for SIX (6) sessions (and likely a 7th!)
The first visit is considered Part 1 of your initial evaluation (1 hour), and the second visit is considered Part 2 of your initial evaluation (1 hour).
You are required to book both your first & second visit in order to complete your initial evaluation booking.
For example, if your first visit is on a Monday, then the second will need to be on the Thursday several days later; if you’re first seen on Thursday, then the following Monday will be your second visit.
Each visit has $75 service fee. This fee is non-refundable.
After your first two visits, follow up sessions are 45-60 minutes. You should have a total of SIX 6 visits with the lactation portion covered where you are only responsible for $75 service fee. If you need additional sessions beyond the 6-7 that are covered, you are only responsible for the follow-up session rate of $185 (rather than the cash pay evaluation rate)

Our payment processing system (Stripe) has three payment options are described below:
Klarna is a buy now pay later method that enables customers to pay now, later, or in installments, depending on the country.
Afterpay Clearpay is a buy now pay later method that enables customers to pay in 3 or 4 installments, depending on the country.
Affirm is a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' method that enables customers in the US and Canada to pay in installments / monthly payments."
How it works:
You decide service type and session amounts you’d like the payments to cover. Typically, a bulk purchase of sessions (i.e. 1 initial evaluation, 4 follow ups) is recommended. Most of our families find an average 4-6 sessions most beneficial.
We’d send you an invoice for the session(s) and you’d choose which buy now / pay later service to use.
By creating an account with one of the three options, you’d accept or decline the terms of repayment and complete the necessary information/forms. Once the invoice is completed, we would then book your session and send you our intake forms.
If you decide to take advantage of the Buy Now / Pay Later option, we are still able to provide Superbills from sessions to submit to insurance for reimbursement!
